By accessing or using the website of ChuKuai Tech (Hefei Chukuai Network Technology Co., Ltd.) at www.chukuai.shop (the "Site"), and by engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
ChuKuai Tech provides computer systems design, integrated systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology consulting services. Specific scope and fees will be detailed in a Service Agreement.
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping data, and submitting false information.
All content on our Site is owned by or licensed to ChuKuai Tech and protected by applicable laws.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information for five (5) years from disclosure.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, designate a point of contact, provide necessary resources, review deliverables, and adhere to payment terms.
Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by 30+ days.
ChuKuai Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify ChuKuai Tech from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice (convenience) or immediately for uncured material breach (cause).
Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration under CIETAC rules in Hefei, Anhui.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChuKuai Tech.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
